Son style séduisant et glamour a non seulement capturé les yeux de nombreux amateurs de mode, mais aussi les yeux de nombreux collègues designers internationaux qui demandent souvent sa créativité pour compléter leurs collections. Ses créations uniques faites à la main vont des créations de bijoux classiques aux collections transformées d'un magnifique collier en une sandale sans pied, et de là au dos d'un string utilisé pour compléter sa collection de lingerie.Son travail a été présenté dans de nombreux défilés à travers la Floride: les Caraïbes, la semaine de la mode couture de NY, la semaine de la mode argentine, la semaine de la mode de la République dominicaine et de nombreux autres événements raffinés dans d'autres pays du monde. Les bijoux à la mode de Pamela ont été présentés dans VH1 House of Fashion Programs (Basketball wife’s), y compris un certain nombre d'interviews avec Telemundo, Univision TV et une variété de magazines de mode et de concours de beauté. Ses pièces étant tellement présentes dans l'industrie des magazines de haute couture, choisies comme créatrices pour Real Housewives of Atlanta, le magazine de couverture de Porsha Williams tourne !!!
